Orders on Brand-Mart are placed at the retailer's responsibility. Please make your selections carefully.

Third-Party Inspection

For added safety, we offer the option to choose third-party inspection services. Responsibility for product quality and compliance falls on the retailer.

Responsibility for Packaging

Retailers are responsible for dictation, printing, and packaging-related aspects of their orders.

Shipping Responsibility

Brand-Mart offers access to third-party shipping companies. Responsibility for delays, insurance, and damages lies with the retailer. Retailers are expected to adhere to the rules of the manufacturer, shipping company, and inspection company.

Order Confirmation and Verification

Once you've placed an order, we'll promptly notify the manufacturer via email and text message. They will confirm the order and initiate the production process.

Order Modifications and Cancellations

Order modifications and cancellations depend on the manufacturer's policy. Retailers should carefully read and accept the manufacturer's policy before placing an order.

Payment Handling and Security

Payments are processed through a secure third-party system. Payment percentages vary based on the manufacturer's policy. For example, if the manufacturer requests 100% payment upfront, Brand-Mart will retain 30% to 50% until the products are handed over to the shipping company. If the retailer opts for inspection, the remaining payment is released after inspection approval and product handover to the shipping company.

Brand-Mart does not assume responsibility for shipping, inspections, manufacturer violations, or any related matters. We serve as a platform to connect manufacturers and retailers.

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Return, exchange, and refund processes are determined by the manufacturer's policy. Retailers and manufacturers should coordinate directly in these matters. Brand-Mart does not have a role in this process.
